The area is planned to be developed as a regional industrial park with close proximity to the E18 and a central location on the west side of the Oslofjord. The zoning plan includes a mix of logistics, industrial, storage, and associated office spaces, with the goal of accommodating 80,000-115,000 square meters at full utilization.
